Norton Records still needs your help!

As already mentioned in my post of last week, Norton Records suffered a huge damage, hurricane Sandy devastating their Brooklyn warehouse and most of their catalog stock. If you are in the area please help to save those precious vinyls.

Here is a FB message from Billy Miller:

We REALLY can use any and all volunteers for Sunday November 11 and/or monday November 12 to help at the Norton warehouse on Van Brunt Street Red Hook where the hurricane hit. This help is desperately needed in addition to the volunteers at our office. We need help moving salvageable records to the front door. Best to wear boots and bring gloves. We still n
eed volunteers at our Prospect Heights office but if anyone can make it to Red Hook, PLEASE contact us at 718 789 4438 (office) or 917 671 7185 (Billy’s cell). Best to get us by e-mail at with VOLUNTEER in the subject if you are planning to come to our Prospect Heights office or WAREHOUSE if you can come to Red Hook Sunday or Monday and we will provide detailed info. PLEASE PASS THIS ON – THIS IS A MAJOR CRISIS! Thanks, friends…
